Flex Tuition
A Valley Prep education is an investment in your child that pays dividends for a lifetime. We aim to make this investment as affordable as possible. We don’t want any child to be denied a Valley Prep education because the tuition rate is beyond their parent’s reach. Our Flex Tuition Program helps to make this possible.
Annual tuition rates typically increase by 2-3% (or approximately $300 for the year), allowing us to provide our teachers with modest salary and benefit increases. To learn our current rates, please contact our Director of Admissions, Mrs. Johnson, at (909) 793-3063.
Following your conversation with Mrs. Johnson, if our rates are too high for your family, please read more below about our Flex Tuition Program.
Non-Refundable Deposit
We require a non-refundable deposit of $1000 per child to reserve a seat. The applicant pays this deposit directly to our business office upon completion of the enrollment contract (not Smart Tuition). We will deduct the deposit from the total tuition amount.
A sibling discount is available.
Tuition Payments
We collect tuition payments through Smart Tuition, LLC, which charges an annual administrative fee. All families must register with Smart Tuition, LLC® regardless of the payment plan selected (one time or monthly).
Tuition Refund Insurance
Valley Prep partners with A.W.G Dewar Inc. to provide tuition refund insurance, which we require for the 10-month payment plan. We include the cost of the insurance in the stated 10-month tuition rate. In the event of a breach of the tuition contract, the insurance ensures that your financial obligation does not exceed 50% of the remaining balance. We also highly recommend (but do not require) tuition insurance for the one-payment plan.
Educational Loans
Valley Prep partners with Your Tuition Solution Inc. for educational loans. Families that choose to finance tuition payments through Your Tuition Solution will select the one-time pay rate and then make monthly payments directly to this financial third party.
We are committed to providing the financial assistance necessary to allow families to take advantage of our innovative programs. If you can contribute to our community, then we want you here. This means that regardless of your financial situation, a Valley Prep education may be within reach.
Our Flex Tuition Program makes this possible. If you are unable to afford our stated tuition rates, then Flex Tuition may be your answer. All we need is a copy of your IRS tax transcript. We will then determine your award.
Still, have questions? Please don't hesitate to contact our Director of Admission.
