Tuition at Valley Preparatory School is an all inclusive fee that covers all of the following services: one day field trips, athletics, assemblies, disaster fee, yearbook, science lab fees, computers, music, art and library. The tuition does not cover the cost of before and after school day care, uniforms, overnight field trips and optional hot lunch program, and tuition protection insurance for those families that choose the 12-month payment plans.
A one-time $200.00 new registration fee will be required at time of acceptance.
Day Care
The morning and evening extended day care is provided on an as needed basis at $5.00 per hour, billed monthly. Daily day care is from 7:00 – 7:30 a.m. and
3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Pre-School and Pre-Kindergarten day care begins at 7:30 a.m.
Financial Aid
The school offers a need-based financial aid program. Although families may apply for aid concurrently with their admission application, the admission process is in no way related to the ability to pay. Families applying for financial aid are asked to complete a confidential statement of their current financial circumstances and to submit it, along with their most recent federal income tax return to; Private School Aid Service, Lakewood, Ohio. The service will provide VPS with information about the family's ability to pay our tuition. The school then awards aid based on need and the financial aid budget as determined by the Head of School, and the Valley Preparatory School Board of Trustees.
